Criminal law --- Youth offenders — Youth Criminal Justice Act — Youth Justice Court — Evidence Police were called to scene of shooting, deceased was lying on ground and post-mortem examination concluded that deceased had died from single gunshot wound to chest — Police retrieved CCTV camera footage overlooking area of shooting, and recordings captured three males, who encountered another male individual, and it had recorded deceased walking towards group — Altercation occurred, and tall male wearing grey hooded jacket and white sneakers, who was alleged by Crown to be accused, pulled out gun and began firing at individual and it was deceased who fell to floor — Police officer, who had previously investigated one of males, recognized him on video, and officer also recalled seeing shooter in images found in male's phone that had been seized after execution of search warrant, and police check revealed accused to be one of male's known associates —
