Deobfuscating State Surveillance aims to document the surveillance capabilities of the state - from municipal to national - in Canada and the UK. A project led by Dr. Evan Light, it relies on access to information / freedom of information laws to gain access to government information and to make it available to the public in a searchable and useful way.
