Contract requirements as per Shared Services:
"Grayshift, LLC (the "Contractor") agrees to supply the goods described in the Contract to the Client in accordance with, and at the prices set out in, the Contract. This includes:
(i) making the Licensed Software and associated end user device hardware available to Shared Services Canada Clients, who have been approved by Grayshift through its vetting process, for a period described in the operative Client's quote provided by Grayshift. Such Clients shall be known as the "Licensee"; (ii) providing software maintenance and support for the Licensed Software during the Software Support Period; and (iii) providing licensed documentation for the Licensed Software."
